As part of a project aimed at improving lighting quality and increasing energy efficiency, the III High School in Ostrołęka conducted a modernization of its lighting system in its premises.
The project was implemented in cooperation with the City of Ostrołęka, which acted as the main contractor.
As part of the project, LED line Phantom UFO High Bay fixtures with a power of 150W were used. These fixtures are characterized by a color temperature of 4000K and very high luminous efficacy of 180 lm/W, which is especially important in the context of lighting rooms intended for sports purposes in educational facilities.
The Phantom UFO High Bay fixtures were designed for use in industrial buildings, but their high performance and quality of light make them an excellent solution for sports facilities as well. These fixtures are equipped with a heavy, densely ribbed housing made of 100% aluminum, which effectively dissipates the heat emitted by the LED diodes, significantly affecting their lifespan.
The use of LED technology will achieve significant electricity savings, which is beneficial from both an economic and environmental point of view.
