TOLENO LED is an advanced street luminaire featuring a durable housing made of die-cast aluminum powder-coated in gray and a shade made of tempered glass. High-quality components ensure a very high degree of protection IP66 and resistance to mechanical impacts IK09. The two-chamber design ensures the tightness of the optical chamber when opening the electrical equipment chamber for installation or service. Tool-free access to the interior of the luminaire is provided by two independent clips. Standard equipment includes a knife switch that automatically disconnects power to the luminaire components, increasing the safety of installers, and the use of a level and a bracket with +/-15˚ adjustment facilitates and speeds up installation according to project requirements. Components from renowned manufacturers guarantee long-lasting trouble-free use confirmed by a 7-year warranty and an LED lifespan of over 100,000 hours. The optical system consists of directional multi-lens matrices with 4 distributions, allowing for optimal selection for the designed lighting situation. Additionally, standard equipment includes a Zhaga socket, a filter to prevent condensation of water vapor, and an additional 10kV surge protection. Among the available options is the adjustment of the luminaire power by 1W, selection of color temperature, versions in Class I or II protection, fully programmable driver 0-10, and DALI.
The programmable driver has the following functions:

• luminaire power adjustment with an accuracy of 1W to perfectly match the flux to the project
• programming of hourly schedules in a maximum of 6 steps to adjust the luminaire flux to demand (e.g., reducing flux and saving electricity during nighttime when road traffic is lower.)
• CLO (Constant Lumen Output) - controlling the current ensures a constant flux throughout the luminaire's lifetime
• Soft start – gradual illumination of the luminaire to avoid blinding the observer
• End of Life Alarm – programming of service time, which will be signaled by several flashes during the luminaire's startup
• Overheating protection of the power supply – reduces power in case of excessive temperature on the driver
