Warranty Terms

Warranty period: calculated from the purchase date:
• LED line PRIME – 60 months as standard; the list of products eligible for an extension up to 84 months and the terms are available here
• LED line LITE – 36 months
• AURA Line – 24 months or 60 months
Details regarding the warranty period can be found on the product sheet and/or in the manual, which may differ from the above terms.
This Warranty is the only document entitling the holder to pursue rights within the European Union under the granted warranty.
All repairs during the warranty period are carried out by the Guarantor’s Service Point (SP), which is LEDIN Group Sp. z o.o., ul. Dębowa 1, 07-410 Tobolice.
If a defect is found during the warranty period, it will be removed within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to the SP. The warranty period is extended by the repair time.
LED line products have been manufactured in accordance with the highest quality standards. However, in the event of a defect, the product should be delivered to the SP in the original or substitute packaging protecting it from damage during transport. The Buyer bears the risk of damage if improper packaging is used.
• The Buyer delivers the product to the SP at their own expense.
• If the complaint is accepted, the cost of return delivery is covered by the SP.
• The condition for accepting the product for repair is the delivery of the original or a copy of the proof of purchase (receipt or VAT invoice).
The Service Point may refuse to process the warranty if:
• inconsistencies are found between the documentation and the product data,
• the documents have been altered by an unauthorized person.
If the complained product has been withdrawn from sale and cannot be repaired, the Buyer is entitled to a refund (to the bank account indicated by the Buyer) or replacement with a product of similar parameters.
The lifespan of LED line products depends on the working environment. Responsibility for selecting the operating environment rests with the Buyer. Details are provided in the product datasheet.
The warranty does not cover:
• damage caused by external factors (mechanical, atmospheric, surges),
• damage resulting from improper operation, installation in unsuitable conditions (e.g., moisture, temperature outside the range),
• damage caused by power supply inconsistent with technical specifications,
• self-repairs, modifications, and repairs carried out outside the SP.
• In the case of an unjustified complaint, the Buyer covers the costs of diagnostics and return shipment.
• Failure to collect the product within 1 month from being informed about an unjustified complaint means resignation from collection – the product will be disposed of.
The rights and obligations of the parties are governed exclusively by this document. Other warranties (written or oral) will not be honored.
The governing law for this Warranty is exclusively Polish law.
This Warranty does not exclude, limit, or suspend the Buyer’s rights resulting from the non-conformity of goods with the contract.
